With decades of experience in maintenance, landscaping, and home improvement across Jacksonville Beach, Steve brings deep practical knowledge and a calm, capable approach to every property. Owners appreciate his attention to detail, fast response times, and commitment to keeping homes clean, safe, and ready for renters or long-term tenants.
Whether he’s inspecting a new listing, coordinating repairs, or ensuring a property is guest-ready, Steve treats every home as if it were his own. His goal is simple: provide honest, dependable care so owners never have to worry about what’s happening at their property.

Noel Brown brings a friendly, people-first personality to Swell View. As a licensed real estate agent and long-time Jacksonville Beach local, Noel specializes in working closely with investors, homeowners, and renters to make sure every interaction feels clear, helpful, and stress-free. She focuses on strong communication, thoughtful tenant selection, and building long-term relationships with clients throughout Northeast Florida.
Noel loves helping new investors find the right property, guiding owners through the onboarding process, and making sure renters feel supported from move-in to renewal. Her strength lies in listening, offering solutions, and ensuring every client feels informed and cared for.
